Scope: Grid Connection Design, Installation, Testing, & Commissioning
Safe Circuit Consult Limited was proudly engaged by Blossom Enbel Ventures Limited (BEVL)—the EPC contractor on the 16.8MWp rooftop solar PV installation at the LMI Mega Warehouse in Tema—to execute the grid connection portion of this landmark renewable energy project.
Our scope included detailed power system design, electromechanical installation, and testing and commissioning of the grid interface. This involved ensuring synchronization with the national grid, protection coordination, and the integration of power electronics and protection relays.
The project, which has been widely recognized as one of West Africa’s largest commercial rooftop solar arrays, contributes significantly to Ghana’s clean energy ambitions. Safe Circuit’s work helped ensure a seamless and safe connection, enabling the solar plant to power operations sustainably and feed excess energy back to the national grid.
This project reflects our commitment to advancing smart, green energy solutions and highlights our capability in complex grid integration projects.
